How to Prepare It?

  • Fry the fries for 90 seconds, or until light golden brown. Once the fries are light brown, take them out and let them dry on a paper towel.
  • Refrigerate the fries for almost 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After 10 to 15 minutes, again fry the fries. Heat the oil to 400 degrees and add beef tallow or natural beef flavors.
  • Fry the fries a second time for 5 to 6 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Take out the fries into a bowl and sprinkle some salt. Give them a little shake and serve them with mayonnaise or ketchup.
