Sausage McMuffin Recipe

I will tell you how to make this McMuffin with sausage at home.

How to prepare it?

  • The main thing is the English McMuffin. So, first of all, put 2 cups of milk in a container, add 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and yeast, and 2-3 tablespoons of butter, and mix it well.
  • Now, add 3 cups of flour to the container, mix it, and make a soft dough. Transfer this dough to a bowl, cover it, and keep it in a dry place for about 1.5 hours.
  • After 1.5 hours, take it out and make it into a muffin shape. Now, cook these McMuffin pieces in a frypan over low heat. Cook per side for at least 10 minutes. After it is ready, cut it from the center.
  • Prepare your sausage patty by grinding your pork meat and adding some herbs and spices. Then make a round patty and keep it in the freezer.
  • After some time, take out your patties and fry them in oil.
  • Then place the McMuffin on a plate, put a slice of American cheese, heat up, place the sausage patty on it, and put the second McMuffin inwardly. That’s it. Your homemade McMuffin with sausage is ready to eat.

Our Sausage McMuffin Review

Due to a busy schedule, I wasn’t able to go outside and then just ordered the sausage McMuffin breakfast item from McDonald’s. After receiving my order, I opened the packet, and the first thing I noticed was the size of the sandwich.

It was a normal-sized breakfast sandwich in which a sausage patty and American cheese were stacked between the halves of an English muffin. The taste of this McMuffin was as flavorful as a sausage patty and cheese slice, giving it a perfect blend of yum and spice. The combination of English muffin and sausage patties provides a salty and meaty taste, while cheese slices make it more creamy and tasty.
