How Do You Check Your Gift Balance?

  • To check your Gift Balance, click on the option “Check your Balance” on the main page.
  • A new page will open; here, enter your “Arch Card Number” in the box.
  • Then enter your PIN in the tab.
  • Click on “I am not a Robot.”
  • And in the right bottom corner, click on “Check Balance.”

How Do You Reload Your Card?

You can reload your Arch Card in two ways:

  • By visiting McDonald’s restaurant and contacting the crew member to load your card.
  • The other method is to go to the “Reload Your Card” site to reload your card online.
  • By clicking on “Reload your card,” a new page will open.
  • Here, you can log in by providing your “Username and Password.”
  • Click on I am not a Robot, and then click on “Go” in the left bottom corner.
  • Your card will be loaded.
  • If you forgot your password, then write your username, email, or registered card number, so your username and temporary password will be sent to your email.

How to Replace Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Card?

If your Arch Card is lost, damaged, or stolen and you want to replace it, it is necessary to keep your activation and Reload Receipts. To replace your card, you have to “Submit” a request through the “Contact Us” form. Provide your personal information in the form. Different supporting documents like activation receipts, purchase receipts, account summaries, etc. also have to be provided, and in the case of a damaged card, you need to provide a picture of the damaged card. If your request qualifies, a new replacement card will be delivered to you in 4-6 weeks.

No Refunds:

These arch cards are not refundable except as required by law and are not redeemable. Once you receive the card, you can’t cancel or refund it. Third-party retailers can refund the card, but this is not entirely done by P2W.

Balances:

You can check the balance by different methods, including by calling (877) 458-2200 on the website and also by participating at McDonald’s USA Restaurant. No one can make a purchase of more than $10,000 in a calendar day.

Reload:

The balance on the physical card can be reloaded, but the balance on the eGift Card is not reloadable. You can reload your card balance on McDonald’s Reload Website, but this is not hosted by McDonald’s or P2W; it is in fact hosted by a third party. To reload your balance, you have to make an account on the website. By creating an account, you have to accept its terms and conditions. Make sure to keep the activation and reload recipient, so you can replace your card if it is damaged or lost.

Arch Card Shipment:
